Litigation Associate
Our client is a growing national law firm focused on creditors' rights, commercial collections, and financial services litigation. The firm represents banks, credit unions, equipment finance companies, and other lending institutions in the enforcement and recovery of commercial and consumer debt. With a nationwide platform and multi-jurisdictional practice, the firm offers attorneys the opportunity to gain substantial litigation experience while working directly with sophisticated financial services clients.
The firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its San Diego (Del Mar) office. This role offers significant courtroom exposure, meaningful responsibility, and the opportunity to manage matters from initial filing through post-judgment enforcement. Attorneys in this position receive strong support from experienced litigators, paralegals, and administrative professionals while developing their own litigation practice.
Key Responsibilities
Qualified candidates should be actively licensed in California and possess up to three years of litigation experience. Additional state bar admissions are a plus, and prior experience in creditors' rights, collections, or financial services litigation is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have strong written and oral advocacy skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage a substantial caseload in a fast-paced litigation environment while maintaining attention to detail and client service.
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Del Mar, California, offering a base salary of $115-150k along with a comprehensive benefits package.
